First time using TopBrandShoes, I ordered Fly boots, as I do every year at this time as a gift for my wife. I was very concerned re delivery as the mail strike was in full swing, I called them and they reassured me there would not be a problem, they were very helpful, they had put the dispatch order through so quickly prior to the strike, they arrived on 17th December. Very impressed with them.

The delivery was fast and smooth. The shoes was same quality as what I saw in the image displayed. Which is really great. The site was easy to use as well.

Having completed my order I was informed of the delivery process (by email) and my purchase (a pair of boots) arrived exactly as predicted.

Awful company to deal with my partner placed an order with them and upon ordering realised it was going to an old address sent an email right away to amend this and was assured this item would be coming to the new address. To then find out it was being sent to the old address which im unable to get to. Partner has Been in touch with the company who said it is now his problem as the shoes have been delivered to an address he asked them not to go too and cannot get to ,what awful customer service. Money lost no present and all round poor service. I wouldnt normally write a negative review but very frustrating when all was done to contact them.
