Easy website quick delivery can’t fault

Visited the site after googling Birkenstock sandals and was directed here. Service and price were great and delivery even better when they deliver 2 days early

I ordered a pair of globe trainers, loved them. Unfortunately before wearing them out I noticed the toe rim was made wrong on one of the shoes. I emailed back stating I could not cover the return postage myself, I was sent a returns label promptly. I then borrowed the money to order the same pair as I wanted them for NYE celebrations. They arrived very quickly and were great. I didn’t have to wait long for my refund for the first pair, I noticed the DPD fast delivery postage was not refunded. I then email again and received a prompt apology detailing the postage will also be refunded. Very happy with the service, absolutely no hassle even though there was a problem. I will definitely use top brand shoes in the future!
