This is a pretty impressive service, and I'm delighted with my Fly boots. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because it would have been helpful to have the shoe size options in both British and European sizing. I am British, but when anyone asks me, I tell them my shoe size is a 40. That is because the majority of British high-street shops sell footwear in the European sizing, so over the years, we've all had to embrace this and get used to it. Actually, so when the sizing on your website only says size 7, this puts me in a position of not really knowing if this means size 40 or size 41. So I had to take a guess. And luckily, the first thing I saw on the box when I opened the parcel was size 40. So why not just indicate this on the website? I am glad that I got the correct size, thanks to my guesswork, but if I hadn't, then I would then be having the hassle of returning the boots, which would not have meant a very positive online experience!
