I don't even know where to start I ordered a pair of sliders in a size 4 right before Christmas, I received a size 8. They have been very unprofessional, don't waste your money. Got just what I wanted, so easy

I ordered a pair of boots. After I week I contacted the company and was told to leave it a couple of days. This I did. The next time I phoned I was told that the Post Office must have lost them and did I want another colour as they didn't have any more in the colour I had chosen. I asked for a refund which they said they would do straight away. I phoned them 2 hours later to ask about my refund. They then did refund the money. Part 2 - I have improved my score because, apparently it is not fair to punish this company for something another company did. However, I am not changing what I wrote because those are the facts. I hope that the average score is adequate enough. Thank you
