I honestly cannot recommend CoachHire enough! I wanted to hire a coach for my wedding to take guests from the church to the venue - and CoachHire were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process! Not only were they the best value for money by far, but they were incredibly professional and responsive the entire way through the booking. A special mention has to go to Maddie, who dealt with our booking. I cannot thank Maddie enough. When booking initially, she was so kind and helpful, and was massively reassuring with any questions or queries that I may have had. Then, in the run up to the day, she ensured that she caught up with me to make sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend Coach Hire for their consistent levels of communication, organisation, and professionalism. As a company we have used them a few times when we have been in a bind, and they have helped us out and rescued the situation! On one particular booking things did unfortunately go wrong, which seemed to be the fault of the transport company rather than Coachhire.com. We had extra costs we then needed to recover.
