We used Coach Hire as a vital part of our wedding, where we had to transport guests between the reception and the church. From the beginning they were understanding of any concerns we had, especially around the possibility of delays, and helped do what they could to make us comfortable. They allowed us to make a change a few months before with no hassle. The coach arrived on time for the both the departure and the return, and from what I heard, it all went fine. I was worried about the transport and how it would go, but my worries were unfounded. The whole day was perfect.

Coach arrived on time. Driver introduced himself then put wheelchairs and wheeled walkers in to luggage area. He drove us a very interesting route, taking in a memorial to aircraft and airfields used in The New Forest. It happened to be the hottest day this year so the air conditioning was extremely welcome ( and necessary for comfort.) We would certainly recommend this method of coach hire in fact several members asked the driver for a contact card.

Lee Hunt provided me with fantastic service at short notice. The drivers and coaches were on time, knew where they were going and provided a seamless solution to getting our large team from London and Oxford to the Madejski Stadium and back in the afternoon. Lee went out of his way to see that all ran smoothly - great service all round, thank you Lee!

The process online is simple enough to follow, with clear instructions on pickup/drop-off locations, number of passengers, vehicle options etc. I did encounter some difficulties - having paid for the trip immediately on booking, I kept receiving 'unpaid booking' emails and no confirmation of booking, which raised alarm bells. I emailed the operations team, who initially took a while to respond. I was contacted my sales manager Gareth, who to be fair was a big help through the process, who said the team would confirm my booking in the next day. However again it would be a few days after this (and only 3 days before the event itself) that my booking was resolved and confirmed, despite booking online 2 weeks previously. I am sure on the day of the event itself I will encounter no difficulties or issues, however the booking experience itself felt a little drawn out and unnecessarily difficult despite the ease of doing so online.
