I requested a quote and had a response within one working day which was excellent as it meant plans could be set in motion as soon as possible. I was able to discuss the situation with the Transport Management Consultant as it was for a long distance travel to a wedding and needed transport to and from over a weekend. I was able to relay any questions and requirements via telephone and email and received quick and helpful answers. The deposit system was beneficial to secure the minibus as well as easy to pay the balance through the 'Pay Now' option. It was a nice touch to hear from the driver as well, definitely made us feel welcomed to using the service. I would definitely recommend Coach Hire to friends, family and colleagues.
