I had the full suite Lux Algo indicators for a year but for unrelated reasons quit using the product and cancelled the subscription. For some reason it renewed, i think due to troubles logging on with my ipad the day i did that. I emailed them and initially they said they had no record of the cancel so the charge was legit. After explaining to them my situation the understanding team at LuxAlgo refunded my card in full. I run a large business with many employees and thousands of customers. They showed phenomenal personalized customer service … with a real human component. With all the technology we depend on , it would’ve been easy for them to automate the responses but they chose to prioritize human interaction … Good Job LuxAlgo … and thank you again.

I signed up for Luxalgo on Monday the softwear runs fine on tradingview the problems start when you ask questions you are referred to videos with no real answers. there is no stragity to trade with and no setup to use you are expected to just know what to do then there is the discored channel they use for everything and all i found was scammers you think you are talking to a admin or mod but you are not then you find out they never contact you first. if you have expertise in trading and have a striagity of you own you well do ok but for a newbe save your money. to theikr credit they will refund your money

LuxAlgo is Amazing. This person/group of people are unreal coders. I have been using their indicators for over a year now and honestly they are one of the few people whose scripts I trust to run on my charts because I have used them to great success. I think once I started implementing the smc indicator to my Elliot wave and fib trading style my PnL skyrocketed. The past year of trading my pNL is +184%. The indicators alone will not give you successs but they are great tools to aid in your decision making when entering or exiting a position. Thanks again

I joined their community on discord to try out their service. After I joined and looked around I asked one of the moderators a question, a simple nontopic question about being a moderator on discord. He got mad at me after 2 sentences and dropped me out of the group. Nice community💪 The service they sell looked nice tbh wanted to try it out on my new strat but guess I’m gonna miss out on this one.
