Tried out LuxAlgo for almost a month. Didn't work for me, but the free trial refund was easy to complete with the help of a representative named Phoenix.

I bought the wrong package, I bought a more expensive one for the same dish because it was not possible to pay extra for a larger one. they refunded me for the first package. I don't like the indicator, you have to have a paid version of tradigwiev to use the alerts, so I gave up after 5 days. they don't want to give me my money back for a more expensive one even though they had no other option but to pay extra for the current one..

Took care of my problem in a timely courteous manner.

HUGE Thanks To Konrad ! Been raging for 2 days as my tradingview alerts for the oscillator were not pinging me. Tradingview customer service were useless. After 5 mins of chat with Konrad issue fixed. I had already tried all the usual BS of logging in/out, changing browsers, remove/add indicator, reboot. Fix was deleting all indicators & saved charts & starting again unfort but were so back !!
