Great indicators. Great customer service. This is the best company out there. Shout out to Konrad for all his help. If you want to better your trading get these tools. By no means is it magic but it certainly gives more confluence.

Good algo and Refund Was Smooth This algo helped me realize a great strategy that I now use. Did not need the algo anymore and the 30 day money back guaretee went smoothly and instantly.

Very expensive for things which you can get for free. I signed up to see their top package for backtest results and was hugely disappointed, the most popular signals where they show profitable trades are only in the screenshots and far from real and consistent. This must be why they make their backtesting script so expensive so you don't see the real results. Also watch out as you get no warning that you are going to get charged again! I signed up and stopped using after a week of investigation. I thought I had paid for just 1 months use, I then got charged 31 days later, I contacted support immedietly to only be told that they only cover you for 30 days. Another trick they do as they know most their customers want to quit so they make sure they rinse you for another month. Crazy they get you to believe it will give profitable signals so you pay them, then if you follow the signals you lose even more money! They claim to have over 160k members in their discord but you can see that max 25k people have signed up through their tradingview indicators so they have just filled it with bots to make it look busy/popular.

You can try tool for 30 days for free. You will learn a lot in process. The tool can be effective if it matched your style of trading. A good tool as compared to several other and also very good support.

Here's my experience with LuxAlgo: On February 15, 2024, I purchased LuxAlgo Ultimate for $119.99, valid until March 15, 2024. Subsequently, on March 15, 2024, I opted for LuxAlgo Premium at a cost of $67.99, valid until April 15, 2024. Initially, I bought the entire suite of 3 Premium scripts along with the 3 backtesting scripts. However, after the first month, I began to have doubts about the value of this suite. Consequently, I changed my subscription to Premium to give myself more time to evaluate the situation. Not being entirely satisfied, I ultimately chose the Essential subscription, which would become active after April 15, at a cost of $39.99. This would allow me to further test the Price Action. Unfortunately, shortly after changing my subscription to Essential, about a week after paying for the Premium subscription, I encountered access issues with two LuxAlgo® Premium scripts: Signals & Overlays™ and Oscillator Matrix™. This was despite having already paid for their use until April 15. I contacted customer support, trusting in the efficiency claimed on their website, but as of today, Saturday, April 13, no issues have been resolved. I simply asked support to restore full access to the suite until April 15, considering that I had already paid for this period. However, Mr. Logan from customer service insisted that my current subscription is Essential and not Premium, as I made a change. For him, the fact that I no longer have access to the full suite for which I have already paid until April 15 does not seem to be an issue to be resolved. Given the imminent expiry of the subscription month, I proposed receiving a month of Premium as compensation, since I was unable to use it, or obtaining a refund of the price difference paid. However, Mr. Logan seems to consistently find excuses and does not appear inclined to find a solution. Honestly, I would not recommend purchasing their suite of paid indicators. During the time I was able to test it, I found no added value compared to free and non-paying scripts. Furthermore, the customer service is extremely disappointing and does not seem capable of resolving user issues. Tuttavia, il signor Logan sembra trovare sempre delle scuse e non sembra propenso a trovare una soluzione. Sinceramente, sconsiglio l'acquisto della loro suite di indicatori a pagamento. Durante il periodo in cui ho potuto testarla, non ho riscontrato alcun valore aggiunto rispetto agli script gratuiti e non paganti. Inoltre, il servizio clienti è estremamente deludente e non sembra essere in grado di risolvere i problemi degli utenti. Sono veramente deluso da Luxalgo, un marchio che consideravo professionale e affidabile.
