I am impressed by the great and quick customer service. After a week of use, once I asked for a refund. It is fully refunded to my credit card within 15 minutes of my email ! I am really satisfied by their customer care much more than my satisfaction by their indicators. It reflects that they are a big company and their indicators are reliable. It could be my mistake that I did not effectively apply the indicators, so I could not use it. I hope they have better and easy clarification about how to use indicators to help dummies like me who have no time to focus on reading :-) I suggest get (Luxalgo for dummies :-) or (some videos like osmosis.org ) .. etc Regards

I purchased their premium suscription just to try the indicators and as they offer 30 day money back guarantee I thought it was a good idea to try and if I didn´t like it I would get my money back. I cancel my suscription the same day I try their indicators and a month later I have not receive my money back as they say that according to their terms and conditions I am not eligible. This is a scam

So after researching and deciding either i get this indicator or not.
