Forget the Multi shop franchises, that churn out the same things, and charge you a fortune to deliver it. Great sofa, at a fantastic price. Excellent service, communication and delivered as promised, for FREE. I can't recommend highly enough

Took about 6 weeks to deliver. Driver wanted to dump a bedroom cupboard in the lounge. He insisted delivery instructions are on the website (I would have paid extra at the time of purchase if I’d realised) instead had to give driver £20 cash. He then roughly carried it upstairs. I only realised it was damaged when my partner came home and helped me get the cardboard off. Cardboard full of dust all over my house

Visted the showroom to check what they had and found some pieces that I liked that would fit in nicely. The prices and quality seemed to be reasonable so made an order for some cupboard units and drawers. Came within 2-3 weeks and happy with the choice i made and help from the staff.

The product is extremely high quality. The item was very well wrapped. The only down side was the lack of communication from both the company itself and the courier, as to when the item would be delivered. I had to chase the company to find out, and wasn't updated and then one day it just turned up. Luckily I happened to be at home.

Very comfy sofas that we had seen elsewhere and tried out for size. Local distributor couldn't or wouldn't match Furniture Direct's price but did offer free delivery, free removal of old sofas and longer warranty plus packaging removal, so it was a very close call as to where we purchased. FD were able to deliver quicker than initially anticipated but that meant very short notice, literally a couple of days, which made a mad dash getting guys in to remove the old sofas in time. Delivered carefully to the room of choice but wouldn't take all the packaging so had to then make a run to the recycling centre. Cannot fault the pricing but in retrospect would have been much easier to use local trader even if a few pounds more.

Contacted yourselves re delivery.Was told that you would contact me to sort out delivery dates. Got a text late on Tuesday saying it was being delivered on Wed morning, not even by your company, I was hundreds of miles away at the time working. Absolute shambles.

As a returning customer, we again received great service from start to finish. The owner and staff are very helpful, happy to answer questions and know their products. The prices are super competitive, even without any voucher codes. Highly recommended.
