Had an amazing experience through this…
Had an amazing experience through this company which was a lovely gift for my 50th birthday. They took care of me 100% the box where we were seated was spectacular views to see Peter Kay. The meal that went with the show was just wonderful and the service was 2nd to none. Thank you again for all your help and for making this, event a lifetime memory . Special thanks to Chloé and Megan for the booking.

ICE solving problems
We encountered a major problem at the airport (we forgot the GP tickets) ICE arranged to accept our delivery to their staff at a different airport who then delivered the tickets to us in Cannes by Katie, fantastic work!

Monaco Grand Prix
I made a last minute request to sort flights, accommodation, transfers and tickets for the Grand Prix in Monaco. ICE dealt with this instantly and everything was sorted within 24hrs which was super impressive. The only negative aspect about the experience is the number of sales calls promoting other events.

Compared to other experiences with Imperial corporate events
Compared to other experiences i have had with Imperial Corporate Events if this was my first it would be my last. It was sold to me "as the best experience to be had at monaco grand prix, above the pits, great view of both put lane and track, staying in a 5* hotel with private beach and pool with a casino, where you can relax when not at Monaco. Great i thought just like the dubai experience. Wrong, hotel charged £30 per person per day for a towel for my guests this was an extra £420, the seats were below the pit lane and limited view of track. As always staff were great but not good value for money like Dubai was. I have already booked for the italian grand prix next year so i hope this is better.

Windsor race day event
A great day Well organised with a great offering of inclusive food and drinks Only criticism was that I couldn’t change champagne for a beer which seemed a little Bizarre ! However, excellent day none the less

These guys are total scammers (Monaco Grand Prix)
These guys are total scammers! Do not book with them. They are breaching GDPR by having your contact details in the first place, their made up "cancellations" (and value of their packages) is almost certainly fraudulent, Monaco GP package (mis-sold completely) ended up consisting of seats on a budget Polish airline with a blocked toilet, crap ground floor hotel room overlooking a busy road miles away from Cannes, a EUR10 train ticket and GP seats that were less than half the face value that the salesman represented on his (many) cold calls. The value of this "deal of a lifetime" cannot have been more than EUR 650 for GP ticket (face value printed on ticket) + EUR 10 train + EUR 200 hotel (probably cost them less) + EUR 150 flight = EUR 1010. Sold to us at GBP 2,750 pp!!! (and we were told that we were paying half of what their cancellation had paid). The trip was on the same package conveyor belt as a Gullivers travels trip - advertised in The Sun the previous year for just over £1 k pp. (same flights, same transfers etc.) Book yourself and save £££££££ (and the loss of clients!) (for the avoidance of doubt, it is a piece of cake to book decent flights, hotel and GP tickets yourself - their portal is more hassle) (Their staff are very friendly and helpful but does not compensate for being completely duped..)

Well organised Monaco Grand Prix trip
Well organised Monaco Grand Prix trip, which exceeded our expectations. The hotel was perfect, friendly reps at the welcome drinks and on hand for any questions. The WhatsApp messages on the race day regarding transport were a great help too. Would recommend.

Hugely oversold as 'luxury' event
Hotel was shabby, very far from the event and had mostly bad service Transfers to the race relied on a local bus that runs only every 90 minutes on Sundays and not at all in the evening. Flight was on the cheapest charter airline with no service at all. Event was hugely oversold overall.
