I've just returned from an amazing weekend in Paris seeing Taylor Swift. The whole trip was super well organised. The ICE team were on-hand to answer any queries and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for that special experience for clients/friends/family, or yourself! Two small thoughts for future events - as the concert tickets were VIP, it would've been great to have had Premier level seats on the Eurostar too, in keeping with the VIP nature. And despite the concert tickets being VIP, we were turned away from the merch stand even though other VIP ticket holders were receiving goody bags. So it would've been nice if that was included. Overall though it was an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience :)

We booked for my daughter and I to attend Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Paris. Imperial Corporate Events made the process really smooth - their portal is very informative and easy to navigate, all the staff from the sales team to the ladies who attended the event with us were very helpful and friendly. We would def recommend using Imperial Corporate Events

The accommodation was far from Luxurious. Stained carpet. A cord from the light fitting to the power, and hanging down. Hardly any facilities in the kitchen and a rubbish shower in the bath with no lighting above. The breakfast we dodged on the last morning also. The accommodation was quite near the venue but far away from Paris for the other free day. This was not made clear or ideal for sightseeing.

Box was cramped, uncomfortable and crowded. Definitely not worth £1,000 a head.

April 2024 Venice Simplon-Orient-Express with Belmond Castello di Casole - 21st April 2024 Imperial have polite and professional staff. I have used their services for the past 8 year. They always are able to assist with queries and special requests and also go out of their way and above the call of duty to ensure we have a great experience I would defiantly recommend Imperial to any of my friends and colleagues.

Fantastic customer service from Gee and the team who delivered a first class hospitality experience. We made some amazing memories and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Really looking forward to our next event at Royal Ascot in a few weeks time.

Absolutely shocking company. Avoid at all costs!! They start off with the big sales pitch and make things look and sound good, but then they send the bailiffs in to hound you for money whilst trying to get you to take on many more events. 6 calls a day every day. If you ever got to speak to their credit control (good luck) they are ill informed and treat you like criminals. A disgrace of a company and run by what would appear to be a youth club.

Greg sorted me out WWE tickets at the O2 last minute for my son. Great box seats. An absolute class suprise for my son. Couldn't thank him enough for what he done.

The food was ok but the wine was undrinkable We had to purchase more as so bad VIP area on stools was very uncomfortable
