Cold callers spamming my phone. Answered the third call and got bombarded with being sold tickets to the F1. Never signed up and never been to one of their events before, yet apparently I'd signed up to their updates. Highly doubt that. Avoid, dodgy company.

Awful business cold calling selling events I have no interest in. Used 7 different fake mobile phone numbers to called me 7 times a day over 2 days, until I eventually decided to take the call and give them a taste of their own harassment. Unsolicited approach that breaks so many rules (GDPR and marketing) I have never contacted them or shared my details with them - asked for my details to be deleted and forgotten and have blocked all 7 of their numbers.

A great evening. The organisation was impeccable. Excellent food and, of course, Michael McIntyre was superb.

We attended the Peter Kay show and the Gaucho restuarant beforehand. We liked the product and the booking of it was simple. The hosts in the box at the venue were excellent but the information for downloading the necessary apps for entry to the venue was complicated for me, being a little lacking in technical knowledge. I also felt that the meal beforehand was unnecessarily rushed as the information from ICE said that we had to get into the venue 90 minutes after arriving for the 5pm dinner. We would have happily stayed longer in the restaurant, paying for more drinks and enjoying the ambience rather than rushing up to an empty box in a fairly empty venue at 6.30pm. a full 90 minutes before the show was scheduled to start.

Great team, great service! Special mention to Greg Burnham, he's outstanding.
