Spoke to Shaun on the phone and then went in to see the Weber that I wanted. The Manager and Shaun were polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. In fact answered all my questions and also advised me on how to cook certain things after I had bought the BBQ and Weber came an installed it at my house. BTW this was within 3 days of ordering it from the BBQ Store. In fact installed tested and was ready to use well before Christmas day.
