Fast delivery but wrong order

I ordered a shower bath screen, which turned out to be out of stock for 10-14 days. Instead of waiting for the item to come in stock or contacting me to discuss the order they independently chose an alternative product and sent that instead. Upon informing them that I had been sent the wrong item their tone of voice was unpleasant, as if they were doing me a favour in sending a different product of their choice and I was being difficult in not accepting it. They have offered a collection and refund, but not the option to get the item I actually want from their website. This is a large and bulky item and dealing with its receipt and return is expensive in terms of my time, and no doubt that of the delivery driver. Had they simply waited for my order to come into stock and dispatched it I would be perfectly happy.

Very helpful

Really quick and easy to get products require The driver of the delivery lorry could not have been more helpful despite not being able to get the lorry down the road due to inconsiderate parking.

Wrong Waste Rude Lady Left us in terrible state

We went into showroom and checked with lady there that they had the bath and sink we needed in stock. Booked in our plumber and I rang back same day to say we wanted the bath and sink, told actually bath was not in stock and the guy went out of his way to get us one delivered for when the plumber had been booked for. I checked both would come with wastes and fitments and was told yes. Bath was delivered to showroom and duly collected. When opened no waste with bath, phoned and spoke to a very off hand lady who wanted to charge extra for it as original guy was not there, after some arguing agreed we could have it, she was actually quite rude in her manner and I was left quite upset, totally different to the guy we had previously dealt with who had gone out of his way to help and if he had been there I am sure we would have had a better experience. Sent someone to collect by this time our plumber had left and had to be rebooked at extra cost to us. When plumber came back the waste supplied did not fit the bath and was nothing like what should have been supplied for this size and type of bath, tried ringing and no reply so after a number of attempts then had to ring every plumbing supplies could to get a waste for this bath that would fit. Apparently they normally come with the bath! Being a slipper bath people should check as they are very difficult to locate. Once bath was fitted plumber moved on to sink only to find yet again that there was no waste with it. At this point I just used local supplier as I didn't want an argument with the rude woman again, again by having to go out in christmas traffic, this took us over our plumbers time and we had to re book him. So the bargain slipper bath and sink turned out to cost us far more than if we had brought via a well known supplier. If the service level received from the guy we talked to had been accross the company and we had been given the correct fitments this would have been excellent value for money and we had already picked out what we would buy from them for our en suite, however, it ended up costing us so much in time, stress and extra costs for the plumber and bits that should have been with both items that we wouldn't go near them again and advise anyone else to proceed with caution checking and double checking everything with them. Not for the novice bathroom fitter ..............

Good value, small problem quickly sorted out

Overall I was pleased with the price and quality of the goods I ordered. One item arrived slightly damaged but the company quickly sorted out the problem. Since delivery drivers rarely have time to wait while the customer unpacks and inspects all the items, I would always recommend recording a video on your smartphone showing the condition of the goods as you unpack them.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Ordered a shower unit which arrived well packaged and promptly. One of the seals was cracked but after speaking to customer service a new seal was sent out the next day. The shower was good quality and good value for money. Very helpful staff, would recommend and will use again.

High delivery charges

On checking out with my order for a bath and tap set costing £240 I was hit with a delivery charge of £69, a bit different from the customer in Scotland who was praising the delivery of your company. I am presuming I am being penalised for living on the Isle of Wight, a part of Mainland England. Royal Mail do not charge extra for delivering here, neither do many other carriers

Excellent service, fast delivery and great value products

We ordered a bath and toilet. We live in the north of Scotland so often suffer from unfair high delivery costs. Not so with 4bathrooms. Same delivery cost and very quick delivery (3 days). Items were well packed and had suffered no damage. The value for money of the items I ordered were excellent. Fully recommend 4bathrooms.

Great site!

Comprehensive website, value for money and speedy delivery. Can't comment on customer services as I didn't really need to contact them. Would definitely use again.
