Very impressed with the overall service I received through the purchase of our bath. I had to change the order in between the haulier delivering as we realized with the new fitted bathroom we were creating, it would not match. Re-ordered and was told initially that my refund would take 7 days, but actually received payment back in 3. Would order again from this supplier.

Ordered NSSR2 shower screen and it was delived 2 days later. It was well packed and the item looks great and was easy to install. Would definitely order from them again. Thanks guys.

Ordered shower enclosure 3rd Dec,promised delivery on 6thDec,STILL not arrived and now 13th.Phoned on 7th ,promised delivery that day,did not arrive.Emailed customer services,had reply on 8th,problem with courier and they were looking into it. Now phoned for third time, very disappointed with service so far. Have just taken phone call from Courier,promised delivery tomorrow.Fingers crossed.
