Unfortunatly they could not match the colour for the cabinets I required. They did keep me well informed and when found the delivery was fast, They were worth wating for as the price and product were very good. I shall recomend and be using them again.

I cannot Fault the products/Service or Delivery. I ordered on the Monday & Recived the Order on the Tuesday. I bought the Ella Quad Shower Pack, The RAK 600 Toilet and the Turin Vanity Unit with Basin. The Quality is Excellent & the Price cannot be beaten and believe me I put my internet skills to the test and there is nothing thats beats it. Had a problem with one item out of stock, but only because it was adifferent batch, so colour did not match. Jenny phoned to explain and because i couldn't wait, i chose different unit, but didn't pay price difference, because of in conveinience. Whole order was here within a week. Totally amazed and thrilled that quality is better than expected. The price is the best i found, after searching the net, and my plumber was impressed too! Well done to you all.

I was looking for a complete bathroom suite with fairly short time scales. These folks where not only helpful when placing the order and getting the right sizes and fit, but gave realistic delivery times which they met. You can usually tell how good a company is with the after sales service. I had a a couple problems with the units I ordered and I got replacements within 48hrs! If only all companies where as easy to deal with!! Oh and one more thing. All of this you would expect to come at a price? Well these folks also have some of the best deals around!

My first time using the site, I was able to find the product I needed straight the way, and I had looked on plenty of sites. Cloakroom suite brought up th exact selection, not here are all our bathroom suites, find the small one your self!!! I also liked the suggestions; if you have purchased this then you may need these extra parts. I was left with no doubt what to expect when my order arrived. I just gave the parts to my plumber and he fitted it with out the need to go out and get this that or the other for it to work. Thanks again for making it so easyand the best value. Tracked down vanity unit to 4bathrooms following web search.most places were out of stock for this item but they had plenty in stock and at the best price.paid £40 for next day delivery to Liverpool but it was worth it to keep my bathroom fitter happy!The young lady who took my order was very helpful and could even understand my accent.I have recommended 4bathrooms to family and friends.

I emailed 4Bathrooms to check the shower cubicle & plinth that I wanted was in stock & could be collected. No response, so I telephoned and on the 5th attempt my call was answered. The lady checked all items were in stock and were "reserved" for me for collection two days later. Today I got an email response to my email from days before saying plinth not in stock & will take a few weeks. This is the day before collection! The shower is no good without a plinth! Emailed back to say I had one reserved & they just responded saying not in stock. Now busy looking online to source elsewhere as feel badly let down - had bathroom taken out after they told me in stock so need to buy tomorrow. Wish me luck! AVOID!!!

I ordered a vanity unit online. The web page told me that the delivery would be between 3 and 5 working days. Although I promptly received an e-mail detailing my order it didn't actually state a delivery date. Therefore I phoned 4bathrooms to ask about delivery and was told it would be between 3 and 5 days but that I would receive a phone call and then be able to organise a mutually convenient delivery time - this would have been very acceptable service. BUT Lo and behold I received a phone call the very next day to say my unit would be delivered in 15mins!! As it turned out I was actually off work that day so it didn't pose a problem but I would normally have found it very inconvenient to be informed of a delivery at such short notice. Also the delivery man refused to bring the item inside the house. I explained that I was a female on my own and that there was no way I could lift the item inside. So the upshot is that my item has been lying outside in all weathers for a week now. I gather this problem is something to do with delivery people not being insured for damage done inside the property but I must say that had I known about this then there's no way I would have placed an order with you.
