My wife and I run a small B&B. In an effort to gain ***** through Visit Wales, we decided to upgrade all our bathrooms, two down three to go! I have ordered from you and the item in question arrived on time. However the intial item was extremely damage, but with 24 hours a replacement was sent and damaged item picked up! However the replacement item was missing two handles that was promised would arrive in due course I am still waiting. having said this I am hopeful the above handles will arrive in the next few days!!!!!!

Having travelled the length and breadth of the north east with my mother to find a bathroom cabinet to suit her new bathroom. I knew what she wanted, but just couldn't find it. I resorted to using the internet and found this as the best price option on a comparison site. It is exactly what she wanted and she is really please with it. However the purchasing experience was tainted a little by the problems with the delivery. Due to my mum's home being situated in a cul de sac the delivery driver chose to park on a nearby through-road. My mother is 80 said she had a bit of a battle to get the delivery made to her home. This sort of thing is a nightmare for me as I live 280 miles away from her so am not able to help. Although I gave 2 contact telephone numbers neither was called to alert us of the delivery and the email confirming despatch came 3 days after delivery!

Shower door is one of the easiest we have fitted, saddly let down when the end caps were not delivered. Whereas its understood that your supplier has probably missed these, the purchase contract is with your goodselves, not your supplier. Otherwise an excellent value for money product and good delivery.

Items bought 1200 Bi-fold shower door and 1200x760 low profile stone resin shower tray. Visited local sellers, got price and searched on-line for same items; well worth it as I saved as I saved £140 on even the local dealer's best possible price. Got to be worth it.

where i live i cant get next day delivery, but to get shower enclosure, wc bowl, cistern, basin and ped delivered within 4 days is Fantastic, great price on material and great price on delivery to northern isles. thanks
