I was a tad apprehensive ordering from here as prices seemed a tiny bit too good to be true, there is a bit of a void between dispatch and delivery when you choose the free option because once they dispatch they dont know when it will be delivered but the delivery company call in advance to arrange. I just found it a bit frustrating to have no way of tracking anything after dispatch and didnt want to keep calling the office, although they were helpful when i did. Upon delivery i have exactly what i wanted, very good quality and all at an unbeatable price. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I contacted 4bathrooms as one of the fittings to my disabled toilet had broken. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed so I was asked to send a photograph of the broken part. Jessica was a star - she looked into problem and soon came up with a replacement part. This was despatched the next day and even better, foc as the toilet seat had been purchased within the last year. Extremely quick and efficient service - I would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Can't comment yet as I haven't received the order despite them telling me that the very latest day would be last Friday, however I phoned them today and they got straight in touch with the transport company who have apparently had the items since last Thursday, it was very difficult to get any sense out of them, perhaps 4 bathrooms should re-look at who they use for their deliveries.

Great company to deal with - though delivery is v.good, they use an external haulage company and generally have no idea when your goods will be delivered. However, the transport company used for my items was very good and contacted me to confirm delivery. Would recommend 4bathrooms.

Ordered a toilet and sink for cloakroom bathroom, got a great price for the full set. Had a small issue that the toilet I ordered wasn't in stock but they quickly rang to offer me a new toilet at no extra cost. Delivery was quick and had lots of days to choose from. Toilet and sink arrived well packaged and look to be of good quality. Only let down was the £30 'pallet' delivery charge, I thought it was a very steep price for such a small order and was slightly annoyed when it didn't even arrive on one! Would definitely use 4bathrooms again but only if delivery is cheaper.

Bought this one... "Twin Concealed Thermostatic Shower Valve" plate is not matching with the valves and my plumber used force and damaged the product.
