Ordered wc unit , arrived in a few days but was damaged in 3 places , it was clear that it had been damaged prior to it being packed for delivery as the broken pieces had actually been put inside the unit , phoned customer services and they insisted i had to take pictures and email it to them , waited 3 days for a reply, yes they will replace it but still waiting as yet , no i would not buy from them again

We bought the en suite units and opted for free delivery. They arrived within a week. We are so impressed we ordered a new toilet and basin for our family bathroom on Friday and expect delivery tomorrow...(Tuesday) again with the free delivery option! Highly recommend this company!

I have used 4 bathrooms 6 times over the last few months and would highly recomend them.fast delivery,good quality and good value.staff are effiicent,helpful and friendly.especially hannah who I,v spoken to a few times.

Communication about delivery was poor. Thursday email said that when the goods were shipped I'd receive an email with tracking info. I got another email early Friday to say the goods had been shipped, but there was no tracking info. I called to query this and to ask when delivery would be. The girl I spoke to had no idea. I stayed in Monday just in case. Finally at the end of Monday afternoon I had a call from the courier to ask whether I wanted the package delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. All was fine after that.

....so far not so good.

I was able to get a very good deal on a shower head on 4bathrooms. Very good value-for-money and was exactly was I was look for... They accept all major card and Paypal, which is always good if you are buying from a new online store for the first time... On the other side you get a non-existent customer service over email (still waiting for a reply...), no confirmation when the goods are dispatched and don't expect to receive them before 3 weeks from the order (mine took 17 days from order to completion). Overall a decent shop if you are not in a rush to receive the goods and can wait, but there is much room to improvement...

Purchased the product easily enough and was informed payment had gone through successfully by pay pal! Then no communication or invoice or anything from 4bathrooms! Even when I phoned them they got delivery date wrong, was lucky I was in! Apart from that, the product was exactly what we ordered with no damage within the 5-7 days stated! So good but not really! Poor after sales communication.

Outstanding A ***** I couldn't have asked for any better, my order was dispatched quickly & packed to an inch of its life. Easy to install & great quality with a bargain price tag. Will definitely recommend & use again
