We searched numerous local bathroom stores including the major diy stores but this product beat them all on quality and price and delivery was very quick after order. Will definately using again in future.

I have brought a number of items from this company and have never been disappointed. The only issue for me is the ordering process on the website which is a little clunky.

Really liked the range, much wider and better range than competitors. The website could do with improvement, particularly information and descriptions around products. For a lot of products the information is generic, relates to another product or simply isn't there. Delivery isn't exactly as stated. Customer Service is good, with queries answered promptly. Overall I would use again.

The Toilet arrived and it looked like someone had already gone for a wee in it! I rang 4Bathrooms and basically they weren't bothered about the situation, they blamed a flood in the Warehouse!! Very disappointed by 4Bathrooms and would not recommend them at all!

I totally rate this site, I was talking to the courier who asked me where I got the bath panel from as it's really difficult to find one this size. Think that sums up the product and service in a nutshell...exclusive and a must know.

Easy to order and find what you want, and there are speedy delivery options, but I chose the standard free delivery 3 to 5 days. Unfortunately I gave my landline number and was then away from home when the delivery company tried to contact me. I got an email to update the contact number which I did but it all went silent so I had to chase up to find out what was happening. The contact was helpful but there was not as far as I'm aware any proper order tracking. It did not give me a warm feeling even though in the end package arrived exactly 5 working days after my order. Make sure you give a mobile or office number when ordering.

bought off the internet a shower enclosure and base combination, easy to order online,good price with very speedy delivery, little gripe that didn't effect me but could off, the order came on a pallet, the courier only sent 1 driver/handler and this very nearly tipped up, nothing to do with 4bathrooms but maybe their courier should be made aware of this, it also advise's two men on the box to carry.
