This is the perfect cuff for me

This is the perfect cuff for me. It's comfortable, inconspicuous (unlike clamps, which can be pretty obvious even under clothes) and it controls leakage. If you need help or advice, the company responds quickly. (Amazon sent me the wrong size twice, so I did contact Pacey Med Tech by phone.) A little attention to fit and position is desirable when first wearing the cuff, but after that it's a simple matter to position it correctly.

They really stand behind their product

They really stand behind their product. My husband had just bought his second cuff and had some trouble with it. When I called and explained the issue they replaced it immediately and it arrived in our mail box about 4 days later. The cuff gives him so much more confidence to get outdoors and in public. Thanks so much.

The supporter and pads aren't working…

The supporter and pads aren't working too well for me. I think my leakage is too great. Even with 2 pads urine tends to settle at the bottom of the supporter and leak out a little. The cuff remains helpful to reduce the use of depends.

Important to reverse direction of cuff…

Important to reverse direction of cuff and sleeve. Remember to attach sleeve on side, not top. As former IPP user, I have found the cuff is much more effective than clamps I've been using. Still have a little leakage.

Like that fact that this is more…

Like that fact that this is more adjustable than clamps and is generally more comfortable. There tends to be a bit more leakage with this device though that depends on how comfortable you are with having it really snug. It is also finicky to get placed and adjusted just right and since it is made of absorbent materials it is harder to clean than clamps. Also rather expensive. It costs about $100 for a strap made of neoprene and velcro with a plastic fastener. They suggest you use 2 of them which makes sense because it takes hours for one to dry after you wash it. Also they suggest you discard them after about 4 months. So that is a cost of $600 per year.

Great product

Great product. It's great for short trip, like going out to dinner or hanging out with friends for a few hours. Just dont forget to drain every now and then. Comfortable and easy to use. Just make sure you get the right size. Take a strip of paper rapping it around and making a mark, then measure the paper. I usually dont recommend anything but this was worth the money.

Not as easy to get proper compression…

Not as easy to get proper compression as it appears. Penis must be completely flaccid or else leaking occurs.
