I found the device well made, but like other similar devices I have tried didn’t work for me. The company refunded my money in full and was very good to deal with.

I was excited to try Pacey Cuff for the first time. It was effective for about 6 weeks..... or so I thought. Subsequent purchase proved less and less effective to the point of giving them up completely and going back to pads. The plastic “drip catcher” pouch was completely useless, constantly shifting in my underwear, catching nothing. Very disappointing.

Too small and pinching to the point of misery I measured 5 1/4 diameter and 3 1/2 long I marked the penis with a marker to square it the bottom bar is too small and all the adjustments do not get the job done ! Tryed calling and got a loop message that doesn’t take message

Idea is good. Have heard of good results for many. Not effective in my case. Too bad. Good for the rest.

Pacy clamp has never BEEN EFFECTIVE IN STOPPING URINE FLOW. IT FEELS NICER THAN OTHER CLAMPS, BUT IS NOT EFFECTIVE. PERHAPS THE SIZING WS INCORRECT... IF SO, IM WILLING TO TRY SOMETHING THAT IS EFFECTIVRE, BUT I WILL NOT SPEND ANY MORE MONEY EXPERIMENTING

Did not fit - did not stay on - hurt when on - extremely difficult to discreetly handle as you need both hands. A terrible product considering all the hoopla about it. Wasted money on my part.
