Looking for achievement and comfort
Initially the Pacey Cuff seemed OK for an hour or so, but got uncomfortable especially with the warm weather. If adjusted tight enough ( to work) it catches the skin on the penis, and irritates when removing the Velcro. Also the padding is not too comfortable. I have tried another make of penis cuff which tends to work well for me, and is more comfortable, and is easier to remove.

I could not make any version of the Pacey Cuff work for me. It is awkward to put on and take off and it did not assist in controlling my incontinence. I had much better luck with other products.

I found that there was leakage whenever there was activity such as walking and standing. Trying to stop the leakage by tightening the Cuff only resulted in uncomfortable pain.

It worked as advertised but make sure you get the correct size... even so I found I could not wear it more than 2 hrs.
Comfortable
Comfortable, but did not stop the leakage. Not interested in spending another hundred dollars for a smaller one. Once was enough when it doesn't help.

For the most part it did not work. The loose skin was pinched by the product and became painful opening and closing the device a person with no prostate has reduction in length and excess skin around the penis.
horrid torture device
The adhesive on the inner pad is a horrible idea. It sticks to your skin and is painful to remove. I threw this product out after two tries. Also, it’s too expensive to replace as frequently as recommended.
