Almost perfect, some pinching can occur

No matter what I tried with both the regular and small Pacey Cuff, i was never able to stop my urine flow completely. It was more comfortable than many of your competitors, Leaking is what I need to stop.

take some time to learn to adjust pressure and placement and if the power sleeve pinces use a soft tissue folded to reach around and that will help with that problem. Maybe the company can come up with a better sleeve for more confort. Overall the unit is better in the long run than the surgeries you otherwise would need that many times do not workout and worse can cause more problems.

Your representative was very helpful. Unfortunately your product wasn't for me. I don't know if it was because I have a penile implant or what. It just wouldn't stay on when bending over doing work .

I'm uncircumsized and when I get up it slips on my penis. I'm not using it.

This cuff works better than any clamp that basically just flattens you and cuts off blood flow in the process. It applies pressure equally at all points of the circumference while still allowing proper circulation which ensures an almost unnoticeable comfortable fit.

It slows down the flow but doesn't stop it slid off sometimes I have better design in my head but don't know how to do it
