Efficient and useful way to control urinary leakage from prostate surgery

The unit itself is beautifully made, packaging is excellent. However due to one of the chemo treatments I have had in the past, and the effect on me, I cannot get the unit to stay in place, and will be returning the unit

Doesn’t fit

This was by far the most comfortable of this type of device I tried and it worked well. However, I was unable to continue to use the Pacey Cuff because it cut off circulation. I showed it to my urologist, after waring it for a few hours, he said, the blood was unable to return. I believe this is due to my anatomy, I have prominent, external veins.

No matter what I did I could not get the cuff to work as promoted. Always leaked.

Just doesn’t work like I thought it would

This is the second time I’ve tried this device and this time I purchased the large one and it doesn’t work any better than the other one I purchased about a year ago. It destroys the skin on my penis and I still leak. Never waist your money on this device

Very disappointed in this product. I've tried using and adjusting it several times without success. Leakage persists. In view of what this item costs, it seems more a scam than a solution to one's incontinence. Certainly not worth the money or the disappointment one experiences upon receiving and trying it.
