The pacey cuff does not work for me. I am not happy with it at all.

I have tried products for incontinence, and pacey cuff has been a great help for my condition.

Ease, effectiveness and comfort are all very good, but I recommend, if functionally possible, to make the unit more narrow. Over hours of daily use the position of the unit is moved (rotated) during leg movements resulting in less compression of the urethra. A more narrow unit would be functionally closer to the abdomen wall and less effected by shifting pads, clothes and leg movements I adjust the unit several times a day to maintain the compression

Fits well and is my choice over other products.

i had no idea what size i needed and the one i got is too small. i need a medium not a small. no way to be sure before i made the order.

It's a good product. I think the perfect size cuff for me, would be between a small and a medium. I've tried both sizes, and sometimes it can be a little difficult to keep from pinching. At least I don't wet at night, which has been my main problem. Thank you.

The product was received as promised. The new style power sleeve is more comfortable that the older versions.
