I have a very supportive Accounts Manager Rebecca Jackson. She is always very helpful and will go the extra mile to help with any problems I may have.

We recently switched our Franking machine supplier to My Mailingroom. Sean dealt with us throughout and was hugely knowledgeable and helped us all through the process. He even went the extra mile and came and installed the new machine himself. Really happy with him and our lovely new machine.

We have had to printers which we purchased outright. We took a service plan for the printers at the same time. There was a 300£ bill that was missed, the company locked out our printers although we own them. We have provided remittance to show payment yet still we are unable to use the printers. Poor support and now costing our business time and money. Would not reccomend this business under any circumstance unless you wish to work with a business that disrupts your business.

They are professional with great quality results and the team especially Tom always goes above and beyond what's expected. You provide A1 service, and we cannot recommend you highly enough.
