The quality of the blinds and service from Gemma was exceptional. A perfect fit and at last the curtains and nets are gone forever. Whilst 5 stars are awarded to English Blinds zero stars are awarded to the delivery company DPD who damaged the box but put right by Gemma. Addional brackets were also sent on request which arrived promptly. The blinds look very cool and we intend ordering more later. Highly recommend this company but let down by DPD.

Blind wasn't same colour as sample it was meant to be white but had blue/grey tone to it contacted them sent numerous photos the lady was rude and unhelpful kept asking for more photos don't bother go else where

Amazing quality absolutely lovely blinds. Wanted something that could withstand humidity just incase I wanted to have the same one in the bathroom. The quality is unreal, they look absolutely beautiful. I’ve recommended them already to people and put some pictures on my social media account I am that pleased. Not often that happens! Delivery was quick too, and I was kept up to date throughout as to when they would be delivered. They were extremely easy to put up. Personally I prefer to attach the front cover part of the blind with command strips rather that the plastic clips it comes with but that’s my personal preference. Great value for money too and they finish the room off perfectly. Honestly, absolutely love them.
