A word of warning. Use this company at your oeril. I ordered a small wood Venetian blind. The blind arrived pretty quick but quality was poor with blotches on the slats and uneven spacing on the top slats. Initially I was asked to send photos which I did but was told they would not replace the blind. After phoning the company I received a phone call back from a male who gave me a shed load of abuse saying how good their blinds were in comparison to the rubbish I could buy at B&Q!!!! Eventually after much negotiation a replacement blind was delivered which turned out to be poorer quality than its replacement. Still awaiting a response from the company but sadly I fear I have lost my money. They call themselves English Blinds but it appears their blinds are made in and delivered from Ireland. Steer well clear.

Really pleased with the blinds I ordered very quick from ordering to delivery. The blinds came as I ordered and very good quality.

I sent for a sample before I ordered a blind for my kitchen, which arrived quickly. I ordered the Lombardy Lago blind after that and was told it would take about five days to arrive, however, it took two weeks to arrive, so a little disappointing. Having said that, the blind is fabulous, very good quality and a perfect fit. it was well packaged and easy for my husband to fit, so very happy with it.

The blinds were of a good quality and easy to hang, however i spent ages choosing Edgombe and stone. The sample was a dark tawny cream, complimenting my cream cabinets. The blinds arrived and were darker abd more grey. Tge problem is tgat you dobt realise this ubtil theyre hung and opened.

Ordered a blind had a problem with it reported it they have sorted it very quickly without any fuss very pleased with their service

The blinds were fine, the easy fit option is well worth the extra cost. However we have ordered a few times and experienced delays on each one, so if you're in a rush it may be better to look elsewhere. Also if you want to experience some 'Basil Fawlty' customer service ask to speak to Matt in the support team.

Quick response and accurate measuring on the blinds, and a nice bright colour. However a little disappointed at the quality of the blinds eg a lot of sharp edges on the plastic mouldings, cord very thin, slats a bit flimsy. I guess this is reflected in the moderate made to measure price though, so happy overall and grateful for the quick delivery this time of year. 😊

Super service and lovely blinds , will be ordering some more when next there is a sale.

Excellent blinds. Very well made good quality. It's nice to be sent sample of wood before choice. Easy operation and they open and go up down smoothly.
