appalling customer service

appalling customer service, was sent cheaper faux wood in place of the real wood I had paid for , they refuse to replace , give a bad name to English companies, they asked me to phone customer service then you just get called a liar , more abuse , phone customer service again, then told no one there to help

Quick efficient service

Cord woes

I ordered a blind with a plastic cord, but was sent a metal one. The metal quickly rusted and started staining my hands and my net curtain. I had to replace it myself at my own expense as they did not respond to any of my three emails. The blind itself is fine but the level of service is unacceptable, please improve

Excellent service

I ordered a blind and had trouble with the courier company (Parcelforce), spoke to Matt and asked if it could be re sent at my cost by any other courier. Matt obliged and posted at no extra cost to me.

Good quality blinds

Easy to obtain samples and to place the order. Delivery within the expected timescales. Blinds were exactly as described and good quality fabric and fittings. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is when ordering 2 patterned adjacent blinds the pattern was not aligned.
