At first, the sheer number of options and settings can be overwhelming. It requires a lot of patience, research, and trial and error. However, once you get an overview, SimplyBook is surprisingly simple despite its many features. It gives you a lot of freedom to customize the system to your needs. I can definitely recommend it.

My starting experience with simply book it!
Hi im just staring out with simplybook it! and if you find a template that suits you that is great. However - it would be optimal if one could simplify the landing page for customers even more - and be more easily in charge. But if you are not as picky as me, it works, and I will use it in my starting face. It works ok enough and has good payment options! I prefer Mollie - as it should be cheaper and better than big boy Stripe. They also answer customer service in good enough time - even on sundays! So I've appreciated it, and its super easy to use. even though there is a bit of learning - but you will get there!! Good luck, and thanks guys!!

Great for a Sole Trader…
Starting up a business as a sole trader is hard. Having found simplybook had a free option I decided to give it a try and have not regretted it. The functionality of the free version has been perfect for me while I build my client base to the point where I have e enough clients to justify the costs for extra features. Most of the competitors I found only offered month long trials which I not long enough to fully evaluate booking tools in my view. The free plan from simply book is perfect to do this. I have also found the customer support to be excellent. When I could not log into my account on a Saturday morning I emailed support and got a reply within minutes. And the problem they pointed me to... my ISP and not simplybook. Switched to my mobile data and back up and running in under an hour. I will definitely be sticking with simplybook.

I really wanted to love SimplyBook
I really wanted to love SimplyBook. It seemed to have a lot to offer, and there are a lot of custom features that I couldn't find anywhere else, and which fit my needs. So I used Premium for a month. I ended up having a lot of problems like: slow-loading widget, not receiving notifications when someone scheduled (or tried to), not having the client address sent automatically, clients had issues using it and it would keep timing out - I also wanted to be able to approve appointments and collect advance payment / deposit. Can't have both. I tried for a month to smooth out the kinks. The pros - attractive UI that allows for a lot of customization, a number of options for payment providers, options for membership - I'm sad it didn't work out. I would have given 2 stars, but customer service was good.
