I have been looking for a booking system since we are going to hold a few educational webinars on programming, and it was time to move away from Google Forms, which has limited functionality. I searched for a service where people who register can change or cancel their bookings and also receive reminders to confirm their booking the day before, as we want a full house. I asked ChatGPT to come up with a few suggestions based on these criteria, and the one I chose was Simplebook.it. The more I explored the service, the more possibilities I found, and now we have added future payment solutions, SMS reminders, and more. It’s amazing how flexible it is, allowing us to tailor it exactly to our needs. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available in Swedish, so I have now spent 2 days with an extremely long translation file, but even that is worth it.
