The design that went into this app is just amazing! Besides it being a great tool, as an application designer I'm amazed at how feature rich and at the same time, how simple this is. Well done!

Giving a 4 star because I'm still learning how a lot of the features work and I do wish that text reminders were already included in the packages like many other platforms. Also the ability to have the payment and approve booking feature active at the same time. But overall a nice platform.

Op zich lijkt het op het eerste gezicht een mooie oplossing, maar de instellingen voor extra functies worden continue door Simplybook gewijzigd. Zo heb ik al een paar keer gehad dat er ineens geen bedragen meer bij de diensten staan omdat die feature ineens uitgeschakeld staat of kan er ineens afgerekend worden terwijl dat uitgezet was. Daarnaast kan ik geen inwerktijd vrij boeken wat verlies aan efficency betekend. We gaan op zoek naar een alternatief.

I have been using this site for about 2…

I have been using this site for about 2 months now. I like a lot of things about it but then there's things of course I am absolutely frustrated over. Anytime I need help with a question because the way they label everything and organize it is quite confusing, When I go to chat, my time in the queue is outrageous and the question I am asking is never being answered. I have literally spent an hour already trying to get 2 questions answered by representative who just seems to be taking her sweet time in between talking to me. I was getting frustrated with her so I canceled the queue and I reopened another one and got her again. Then I canceled it again, and I reopen the chat and then I'm sitting here for 20 minutes with nobody coming on. The biggest thing I have to say negatively about this whole thing is their customer service. I can't stand crappy customer service, and that's exactly what I'm getting. It's very frustrating because I'm asking very simple questions like how do I mark my past booking's paid, how do I schedule lessons 6 months in advance? Where do I find these instructions?. The girl who I get on the other end doesn't answer my questions and nor confirm she is there and gonna help.

A powerful software for professional…

A powerful software for professional use but not at all good for customers. The UX is very bad, people don't understand anything. Your customers will be very often alone in front of your establishment because the system makes cancellations for non payment while the system marks it as paid. Only 10% of people understand the subscription or loyalty system. Their UX manager should change job, too bad because the possibilities offered by the system are very good. The system cannot connect to the major payment systems in Switzerland. We have been using the system for about 2 years to manage 3 wellness centers.

Good software but no free level

Good software but there is no real "Free" useable level. Send more than a few email confirmations in a day and get "We detected unusual activity on your account and restricted the sending of emails. If you need more emails to be sent please upgrade to any non-free tariff. If you have not sent many emails please contact to support. We may require some more detailed information about your activities and company" Only then do they tell you that is a limit on the free level. Free level is ok to test with but you couldn't use it to organise one small event a month which is a shame. Other than that the app is easy to use and modify with great functionality ------ I used their booking software to manage some bookings and it was easy to use without any glitches. Even though, in my experience, their free service level is so limited it's not really functional, their paid for level is very good. Hence I've updated my review rating from 3 stars to 4.

My first experience of an online booking system

We have set up secure dog walking fields and I required an online booking system which I have not had any previous experience in designing. The customer support at Simplybook.me was excellent they helped me tremendously and explained everything in detail. I am very pleased that I chose Simplybook.me.
