After signing up to this system and trying it out for 24 hours - I find that it can't be tailored to work in the way that our business needs it to work. There is no way to ask Clients to sign in before they can see our availability or the names of our staff. This is a key function for us as we need to be able to provide a booking service for existing Clients not the 'population' at large - we also want to protect the identity of our staff. There is no way to change the order of the way that people can make reservations - we'd prefer to go with the calendar first and then the services and names, with the 'add-on's' as the final stage, but that level of tailoring is not possible. We want to embed the booking engine in our own website rather than using a 'simply book-me' site - but I can't seem to turn off their rather basic templates and stop this appearing. The customer support team don't really help with questions - they just point you towards an online leaflet or simply say 'can't do it!' Despite only having been a 'member' for 24 hours the company is refusing to give a refund.

I particularly love that get to have a stunning landing page and that simplybook.me is multiplatform. I find it creative and I would say easy to work, I hope to figure out all the features asap.

Just started using it for my Pharmacy. Very versatile, but as it is very flexible is not so easy to configure. The concept is easy, but you have to consider a learning curve at the beginning in order to use it properly. I embedded it in our website and is working fine. Probably one of the most complete booking platforms on the market.

SimplyBook.me offers a lot of possibilities to manage your bookings (and even more). It took me a while to find out all the ways how I can get the best out of it. Because sometimes it's not so easy to understand technical stuff in a foreign language. There is still a bit confusion in how to react (technical speaking), when a booking is coming in. The booking is not always easy to save in your calendar (e.g. Notes). The support team does its best to give you good answers. The version without costs is not suitable for a serious business - you really need more options. And then its getting quite expensive. Nevertheless I give it a try, still hope that they will manage to offer a German Site with German Support. PS: The video tutorials are helpful.

Simplybook's ease of set up and variety of features really made it easy for me to choose them over any other provider. The custom features are highly customisable and enabled me to really tailor my booking system to my needs. The only thing I'd improve is perhaps the base customisation of the booking homepage, i.e. to have the option of adding or removing certain links. Very excited to continue my patronage with Simplybook :)

It’s pricy, but it’s SO easy to use and customise! And there really is help 24/7, which helps as I live in Japan. Thanks for al you do!!

Just got started and really enjoying it. Wish you could get a few more upgraded features for free. Took me a little of time to understand the system but once you get it, I'm enjoying it.

I wanted a online booking system for my personal training website so I did not need to keep a diary. I signed up last year and my aim was only a booking system but you get your own website too !! You can also personalised everything and clients can book their own appointments and recurring bookings. They also get reminders before their sessions. This is the best company I have ever dealt with . Their customer service and online live help are the best! They were able to resolve my queries straight away and even done screenshots to walk me through. There are so many options to help and built your business from scratch and some of the options are to do online payments, keep track of payments, and so much more. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I am so glad I found them.
