I've been using Simplybook.me for the past 3 months following a 6 month trial & error campaign, with this first hand experience I can honestly say these guys have developed a fantastic system & service. Don't waste anymore of your time & money, use this system!

After taking the plunge and deciding to add a 'Book Direct' feature for the Pura Vida Ecolodge retreat we founded in Costa Rica, we can thankfully say that the team at Simply Book have been a great help as together we finally managed to set up our booking engine and incorporate it successfully into our website... The software has a lot of features and can be tweaked to suit most of our needs. I'd say the customer service so far has been really good, the live chat feature has been our saviour as its not always that clear how to set up on your own if you're new to this...

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I had set up a company some time ago but due to some reasons I had let it sit for some time on a free level while on other projects and now my company and all the work I put into setting it up has been deleted and now I've been informed that I can't even recover the work done already and have to start from scratch with a different name. This policy is very un-user friendly and prevents existing clients from returning to the software at a later time. This is a very bad customer service flaw and needs to be rectified for users who enjoyed the system during their trial and want to return later. For now I'll be moving to a competitor as this is simply not acceptable. Use with caution.

I have enjoyed using simplybookme! I've been looking for an app like it for a while. The booking options are great and there are many marketing options as well.

SimplyBook has plenty of functionality and offers a simple online appointment. Live Help is online all weekdays, almost 24 hours a day and very helpful.

Going past the free trial! I am excited to dive into this amazing software even further. I find their dashboard well placed, easy to use and well set-up. I do have some web-building experience and that helps as the landing page editing is a bit difficult to navigate and customize. But in all, I am excited to invest a year into this software and have it integrate well in my business efficiencies.

Currently trying to build my first website with the help of great friends. We've been looking at different booking programs to help me with what I need for my business. I dont require much, so that's where simply book came in handy. They have different option of services to choose from to meet any levels needs. Im not that computer savvy but they definitely stick to their name on both spectrums. Clean and user friendly, you cant go wrong.

I truly am pleased with this service. I just recently relaunched my coaching business, and having a personalized booking website has given me the tools I need to be professional and organized. My clientele is increasing weekly, and I am very happy about that!
