We have been using SimplyBookMe for 6 months. The set up was super easy and our customers have no trouble using the system to sign up for classes. I have not had to use customer service at all, we haven't had a single issue with our site or the functionality of the program.

This is the best booking website that I have found. Great options ,live help and easy to use. The pricing isnt cheap but it is worth every dollar. I would recommend this site to anyone.

I signed up to try the 1 month free service and have continued with a one month paid subscription. The format looks great on customer side and whilst some of the configuration at the back end is a little complicated, the customer service has been superb. Every time I got stuck I simply went on their live chat and was helped right away.

Does what it says on the tin and has a great Dashboard and scheduling interface. The App is also handy for managing diaries on the run.

fantastic experience exactly what we wanted

The proposed designs are very beautiful. Easy to use after configuration. Configuration as such is sometimes more laborious. However, the online help offered is very efficient. Some features depend on a very expensive subscription. A pity for small companies.

Great solution with most need features. Best solution on the market. My wish would be more integration in other solutions like Jimdo Dolphin Shop, FastBill, Datev, Lexoffice. My highest need would be create invoices in similar app like in a other shop, have more flexibility on designing invoices and have the possibility to send attachements with Mails.
