Before I choose to try simplybook.me I seriously read a lot of reviews online, also some of the comparison reviews, one booking site vs the other. I also even tried two other booking websites. What tipped the scales for me in favour of simplybook.me is that it is fairly priced and packed with great features. They are generous as it comes to the standard features even in the free plan and cheaper plans. But what weighted even more for me is that, as it comes to the additional custom features, they don't choose for you. So even in their basic plan I could ad a payment gateway. The program is easy to use. Uptil now I didn't need any support. I only watched some instructional video's on their YouTube channel. But I believe they are easy approachable through the chat if in progressing I need some questions answered. What I already got from the tone in their email messages is that the crew is kind and enthousiastic. Always great to be part of such an energy!

Simply Book changed the way I used to work. It's easy to use, and it helps to organise your bookings. It is easy for clients to book and quick to add payment systems. The only thing I wish they had was to be able to add a SHOP tab instead of allocating products to services. The other thing I wish they had different price plans.

Simplybook is just what we needed for our business. A Secure dog walking field. We needed a solution for customers to book and pay online and see availability easily. After much research I found Simplybook to have the best design and features for my needs. Customer service has been helpful too. I would recommend them to others.

I recently bought SimplyBook to incorporate to my fitness studio site so I could upgrade to an online booking capability. The solution is very complete. I have research the available options and this is one of the most complete - specially if you look for a SAAS solution. It can get a little tricky when integrated some of the most complex functions (i.e. button widgets) but you can learn the skill fast if you have the patience. Apart from that, the solution is very intuitive and user friendly.

I have been using SimplyBook.me for over two years. I have recently upgraded to the paid account because of my business growth. It is a great platform to receive bookings. I particularly like the ability that my customers can pay a deposit. Before trying this platform, I tried many different platforms but did not like the user-experience. I like how this is easy to use and that it can also be integrated with my Wordpress site, or have an optional additional website. I think its limitations would be the fact that there is no middle-ground between the lower plan and the medium plan, which would suit my business. However, overall, great software!

I used Simplybook.me years ago and was satisfied then. No my business needs booking software again. Simplybook.me has been easy to get going again. I'm looking forward to flexing all the new options.

I was searching for a booking tool that suits for all my requirements. There are many other tools on the market and I tried 5 different ones. At the end, only one tool satisfied me concerning my requirements: SimplyBook.me I will explain why. The customer should be able to get as fast as possible to the end of the booking process. The steps to get there should be done by clickable buttons. No scroll down menus needed. And this tool does it without pull down menus. In the future, I would add several other things like Facebook Booking and stuff like that. SimplyBook.Me has it all.

I am very disappointed. If you asked me last week, I would give 5 stars and a great rating. However, things have changed and I am at a crisis point needing to find a new booking system overnight. When I first signed up, there was no limit on Service Providers on any of the options (including Premium). 4 months after, they changed their whole pricing scheme completely, to limit Service Providers to 50. It is now a completely different service to what I transitioned my whole company too, and they do not even provide a 3-6 month transition period (e.g. with unlimited providers) for the old customers. I'm now suddenly having to change system overnight, or pay thousands for an Enterprise scheme. Customer support don't seem to care, I've spoken to Thomas the Head of Support who tried to help, but they still aren't providing a solution.
