In all my life, I have never received such thorough and kind assistance as I did from Aura. She exceeded my expectations in every way. She anticipated my needs when I was even sure how to phrase my questions and gave me additional information I didn't realize I needed (but realized was crucial after hearing it). She did a great job selling me on upgrades without being pushy or demanding. Incredible to talk to someone so incredibly competent and knowledgable. If I was to ever start a company, I'd want her to be my first employee (and CEO). Why the same heck does Identity Guard ask for your membership # to make a review and then make it impossible to find on your account?@#$!$! It took me another 20 minutes of googling and calling to learn I don't have an membership #. Completely disheartening and disappointing to have such a crappy experience and after Aura left such a good impression in the first place (that I'm not even sure she'll hear about because I don't have a freaking membership # as requested by your evaluation form). Really upsetting. Also why don't you list the nationwide consumer reporting agencies on your website. It's not some national secret to now equifax, experian, and transunion phone numbers
