I called in because I received a credit inquiry alert...which I did not make. Jeff was efficient in handling the inquiry with the bank and also gave me a wealth of information on how to protect my credit file going forward...in addition to him monitoring my account for 90 days. I was attracted to Aura Identity Protection because it advertised 24/7 customer service. I live with my sister and called the 833-552-2123 support number 8:00AM this morning to ask if the $22 month couple rate would cover myself and my sister. The person answering sounded like they were half asleep and had a heavy accent. She told me she would have to check and get back to me. I hung up. Seems to me Aura's 24/7 customer service is just another after business hours call center.
