I am so thankful for Identity Guard's services and professionals. I became the target of identity theft recently. Due to the timely alerts from the company, I was able to reach out to them quickly for assistance. As soon as the representative who took my call realized there was a serious issue they escalated my case to my dedicated professional who guided me calmly each step of the way. She managed to convey the seriousness of the issue while still keeping my confidence up that as a team, we would be resolving my identity theft issue and would be there for me in the future should this happen again. I had a stellar experience with Identity Guard from beginning to end. I called in because I received a credit inquiry alert...which I did not make. Jeff was efficient in handling the inquiry with the bank and also gave me a wealth of information on how to protect my credit file going forward...in addition to him monitoring my account for 90 days. I was attracted to Aura Identity…
I was attracted to Aura Identity Protection because it advertised 24/7 customer service. I live with my sister and called the 833-552-2123 support number 8:00AM this morning to ask if the $22 month couple rate would cover myself and my sister. The person answering sounded like they were half asleep and had a heavy accent. She told me she would have to check and get back to me. I hung up. Seems to me Aura's 24/7 customer service is just another after business hours call center.
