I was notified right away that someone had stolen my identity. Hazel helped me at 10pm, and gave me the tools I needed in order to take the steps necessary to secure my accounts. Jeff reached out and was great at answering all of my questions regarding the identity theft, and gave me peace of mind about the whole situation.

Jeff was amazingly helpful, calm, (which I was not!) He stayed on the phone with me as he called every agency, and company that I was alerted from by ID Guard. He also emailed me everything that was done so that I'd have a record.

Telephone Help provided by Jorgia, 5/10/22

My call was referred to Jorgia. i explained to her that i had been unable to log in. Jorgia asked what i did. She went on to verify my information. Explained Identity Guard merged with Citi Credit Monitoring. Jorgia was clear in her explanation/ instructions on how to log in using the new website address. Jorgia was very patient, something Seniors like me appreciate. On resetting my password using my ipad, i was taking time, not once did she show impatience. She is is knowledgeable and is a great asset to Identity Guard. I was thinking on cancelling my membership until I my telephone call was transferred to Jorgia. I appreciate the help. Please let her know I did.

I can't say enough positive things about my interaction with the Identify Guard team. I interacted with the team that handles the initial call as well as the Alerts & Restoration Department. Both Alex and Jeff were so professional and helpful. They walked me through everything and were with me every step of the way, including speaking with the outside company that was the reason for the alert. They helped me understand options and offered excellent assistance. I am so happy I chose Identify Guard!

Fraud Alert

I encountered a fraud alert and contacted Identity Guard customer support in order to resolve the issue. The resolution was prompt and the service agent was very kind and extremely helpful. The issue should be fixed now thanks to the support I received.

Successful and Patient Tech Support

My install of the VPN and anti-virus triggered error messages about C++ and other missing files. I can't explain it fully because it involves missing files with the Windows install. But Patrik was very patient and knowledgeable and got me to delete the right files and eventually got the Identity Guard install to work fine. He explained clearly what was missing and what needed to be done and why and led me through it smoothly. I learned something about computers and got the program installed properly. Excellent work on his part!

I have just experienced an attack on my credit

I have just experienced an attack on my credit. There were three separate attempts within three days to establish new credit cards using my identity. The service helped me the steps necessary to halt these attempts. I ended up enacting a complete freeze with the credit agencies. I also did a bank freeze. I subsequently found out someone had already opened a credit union account in my name.
