Had an alert on my account for an account I did not recognize

Had an alert on my account for ACC. Didn't know who that was, called, transferred to a different department and left my number. Evany called me back a day later along with an email. Called Evany back and she helped me through, notified me who ACC was, and everything is once again PERFECT. Thanks to you Evany and Identity Guard! You guys rock and provide me with peace of mind that I am not being scammed by anyone. Thank you!

I signed up because I fell for a phone…

I signed up because I fell for a phone scam. Although I didn’t provide too much personal info I was concerned enough to invest in a service which would protect my credit. I signed up for the ultra which I recall was just under $300 annually. Shortly after joining I received an email telling me I was entitled to a “risk assessment.” I could choose the time/date where I would receive a call from an identity guard representative. I chose the time/date and received an email confirmation of my appointment. I also received a reminder that the call was scheduled. I waited for the call or at least notification it was re-scheduled but received nothing. Oh well. I have a credit watch service and see nothing has changed so I’m not concerned but wondered what I’m paying for? Fast forward I get an email telling me my “new credit report” is available and I should sign in to view it. I attempt to but like ma y things I’ve forgotten my password. I attemp to reset it using the only email they have for me. I get nothing. I contact customer service, get an email confirming they’ve received my request but then…nothing. So no, I don’t recommend this company based on experience thus far and regret spending $$$ for service where no one seems to be at the wheel.

Indentity Guard success story

I was alerted by Indentity Guard that I had several suspicious activities on my accounts. Thanks to the Identity Guard team, I was given the names of the institutions involved as well the credit score companies to call. It took all day, but I feel that the instigator was frustrated at every turn. Thank you, Cody, for taking so much time to assist me in this matter.

EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE

I called customer service after a fraud alert and my concerns were addressed immediately. I spoke to the same person I spoke with when I set up my Identity Guard account who remember me and transferred me right over to the person who would research and file the fraud claim. It only too a few minutes to contact the company and dispute that I have filed for or requested credit with their company. Talk about extraordinary service. I believe the service was extraordinary and I am confident that I made the right decision in becoming an Identity Guard Member. They are Totally Awesome.
