Contacted ADT on a billing issue. The ADT associate listened to my concern and immediately understood my problem. She corrected my bill and assured me that all was set right. Even informed me that ADT would be raising rates in the near future, but since I was an exceptional customer the increase would not affect me. This is how a company should treat their customers. Job well done!
