The reservation I paid for 2 days ago is yet to be fulfilled. They sent over an invalid booking that could not be validated on the airlines site, and left my partner's name off the reservation. Contacted them via chat and email, and kept getting the same generic responses. The phone number listed on their site is tied to a few other sites offering the same service. Absolutely horrendous scam, pretty sure the positive reviews here are either written by bots or paid agents
