However, just two days later, when I checked the airline's website using the provided PNR number, I was shocked to find that there was no reservation associated with it. Please be aware that this appears to be a scam where money is taken without providing the promised service. I urge everyone to be cautious and double-check the legitimacy of any reservations or offers before making payments. Stay vigilant and share this information to protect others from falling victim to such fraudulent activities.

I’ve used BRFV in the past two years and they were awesome, providing prompt updates and easily reachable online via their chat. My recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I made a reservation on 13 August which should be valid for 14 days, currently it’s 24 August and my reservation is no longer visible on the airline’s site. When I reached out to the team, they conveniently asked that I make a review before they could extend my booking… considering I’m well within 14 days, this was disappointing.
