The product does not look like what I ordered online!

I feel like I am robbed I feel like I am robbed. I bought a blue dial watch. They shipped me black dial. I immediately returned the product, but watchmaxx did not give the free return. I paid for the return shipment which means I paid for their mistake. Besides that they also charged me more than $50 for no reason. I dont know why they deduced that money. I was and am ready to keep the product with me if that was what I ordered. They sent me what I did not order and charged me as if I did the mistake. Feeling like Totally robbed. Wish I could give 0 stars but there is no such option. So giving 1 star. Thought to reply to the comment I got from them with some pictures that I took and what I saw on their site with some proofs. But didnt see place to do so. So, writing here again.

Great customer support--wanted to know how WatchMaxx could sell brand new at used prices. Izzy was most helpful and gave me good confidence. Received the watch in 2-days. No hassle.

LOVE the Tissot PRX Quartz that I received from WatchMaxx, though I now suspect it was sourced as a defective return from a more reputable Tissot dealer. My watch intermittently decides to take a break every 2 weeks or so, and because I had the audacity to actually wear the watch upon receipt, the ONLY option I now have is to have WatchMaxx repair it after I spend the extra money to send it back (with insurance) to them, thus negating ALL the money saved by purchasing this without the manufacturers warranty! And since it is an intermittent problem with the watch, it is probable that their repair team won't even find the problem. Bottom line - BUYER BEWARE!!!

Watch is stunning - The ordering process was easy, and the watch arrived as scheduled, in the stated condition. (I was a little nervous about ordering a watch without knowing for sure it's a new one.) I'm so happy with the experience!
