Second purchase from Watchmax excellent selection of Swiss made watches with great prices

Watch is as described. Oris is a great brand. However, I only am giving 3 stars because of Watchmaxx customer service. My watch was delivered later than advertised. I realize that current conditions will dictate delivery time, therefore a disclaimer should be listed. A CSR from Watchmaxx tried to sell me an Oris watch with a different band than I ordered. I’m assuming the different watch was in stock. When I declined the offer somehow a watch like I had ordered was “found” and shipped immediately. This was somewhat sketchy to me. Watchmaxx is NOT an authorized Oris dealer. This means they cannot make any repairs during the warranty period. You must send the watch to Watchmaxx and they will send it to a jeweler that is authorized to repair Oris watches. I’m not sure if this is a major issue but it is worth mentioning. So, overall, the Watchmaxx price is very competitive with the market. If price is your main criteria and you are ok with the above items I mentioned, then I definitely recommend Watchmaxx. If not, then look elsewhere knowing you might pay a bit more but have the security of good customer service.

Outstanding service

My watch arrived in excellent condition. After a detailed examination , I am pleased with the quality and condition in which I received the watch. However, strictly for your information and consideration, the delivery driver did NOT request an adult signature as you had stipulated. Rather, he just simply left the package on my porch. Luckily I am not in a high risk area that could have led to foul play. Although, for such an expensive package you should know that in other locations, it could have very easily been taken since no signature was required. You may want to consider using another courier if UPS is not complying with your expectations. I look forward to future purchases from your company as I am overall still pleased with most of the process.

Since it was first time purchasing on this website and it was a big purchase, got Really worried when I figured that I might had done a wrong wire transfer at Friday night, which is not the normal business hours. So emailed customer representive, did not expect to get an answer till Monday. But surprisingly got reply the next day. Saved my weekend from worrying over the payment.

Hello, Firstly please accept my apologies concerning my english, this is not my mother tongue! I decided to buy a watch at 11 700 Euros on the manufacturer website... here at 6 450 Euros... wow! Everything was ok to place the order. I paid by bank wire which allows again a 2.5% more discount. I asked several questions about delay, shipment method... to the WatchMaxx team. I found it sometimes too long to answer... but Miriam, Jack and Mark absolutely well done the job! Beginning to have any doubts, I had a look at the different reviews and feedbacks on the web. Most of them are very good and others are so bad! And unfortunately I focalized on the bad experiences of purchasers. Once parcel was ready to be shipped, I received the tracking number from WatchMaxx for UPS. But I was frozen when I saw that the weight of the parcel was only 1 LBS. Why? Because I saw a bad feedback about that! Frankly it was hard to sleep during the last 2 nights because I was afraid about what I would receive, and what I paid 6 450 Euros for. I contacted the team which told me that label of 1 Lbs could be 4 or 5 Lbs (which corresponds to the weight of the heavy luxury box with the watch). I accepted to understand but with all my doubts. And parcel has been (very quickly) received early in the morning. When UPS guy came at the door, the size of the parcel reassured me! I was stressed to open the parcel. And what a marvelous surprise... everything was here! Box, papers... and the watch for sure! THIS WAS PERFECT! I hope that my feedback can reassure you to buy with WatchMaxx. I am really happy by my purchase. I will definitely recommend WatchMaxx. All the best
