Placed an order ON 11/14/2020 for a Tag Heur Aquracer 300M received a confirmation with ID#... and an Expected Ship Date Dec 4, 2020 - Dec 17, 2020 On Dec 16th I was told that hey are out of stock. I was given no reason, apology, or options. Very disappointing customer service, not giving them my business!

These people purposely defraud members of the U.S. military stationed overseas. NOTE their "COVID" disclaimer stating USPS takes longer than normal. IT DOES NOT---I've tied up $3500.00 with these scammers! As soon as they discover you're with the military overseas (APO/FPO), they hold your purchase--fraudulently print a USPS label, and charge your credit card for the purchase. This is the second time these scammers have done this to my friends and family. My order was confirmed/placed Oct 13, it is Nov 13 and the package HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO THE POST OFFICE IN BROOKLYN--CONFIRMED BY USPS personnel here at our military base! BBB complaints have been filed, as well as recently a lengthy complaint has been vetted through the NY AG's office. THEY ARE SITTING ON $3500.00 OF A MILITARY MEMBERS MONEY--NO WATCH, NO REFUND---NOTHING. I made the purchase as an anniversary gift to my wife of 25 years. As a member of our Armed Forces, I beg anyone reading this to please not only cease business with these criminals (the AG's office has informed me that the amount in question make this a Class A felony!)
